1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ConfidenceApp.
- By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- ConfidenceApp offers Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payments are processed securely through Apple and Superwall.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You may cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Access remains until the end of your billing period.
- No refunds are provided for unused time.
3. ConfidenceApp Is Not Therapy
ConfidenceApp is a motivational and educational tool only. It does not provide medical or psychological advice, therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you input into the app.
- Do not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or offensive material.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Our AI coach provides motivational responses tailored to your preferences.
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation.
- Always use your own judgment when acting on any advice.
6. Usage Limits
- Chat with Atlas: up to 150 messages per day.
- Live voice coaching: up to 15 minutes per day.
7. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy. You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through Apple. Cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. You retain access until the end of your billing period. ConfidenceApp does not issue refunds for unused time. For billing issues, email support@confidenceapp.ai.
