- Payment Data: Subscription and billing details are processed securely by Apple and Superwall. We do not store credit card numbers.

- Technical Data: Device type, browser, and IP address for security and performance.

- Provide personalized motivational coaching and daily confidence boosts.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Deliver push notifications and reminders.
- Maintain account settings and personalization features.
- Improve our services through analytics and troubleshooting.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with trusted service providers:
- Google Gemini , to generate AI-powered coaching responses.
- Apple & Superwall , to process and manage payments and in-app subscriptions.
- Supabase , for authentication and secure data storage.
- AppsFlyer , for mobile attribution and analytics.
- Plunk , to send account and support emails.
- HostGator , for web hosting and infrastructure.
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
4. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Upon account deletion, your data (including AI chat history and stored memory) is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where financial or legal obligations require longer retention.
5. Your Controls
- Update your onboarding preferences and coaching settings anytime in Account Settings.
- Manage push notifications through your device settings.
- Delete your AI coach chat history from within the app.
- Delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure hosting to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and you use ConfidenceApp at your own risk.
7. Children's Privacy
ConfidenceApp is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
